The second consecutive win in the group's second and last away match helped in qualifying for the women's Italian Cup quarter-finals. The Rossonere did even better than the last match, the 2-0 win at Cesena, netting 4 goals past Orobica in their home stadium. This important win enables the Diavoli to conquer the teams of Bergamo and close Group F at the top, alone and with maximum points. Two goals per half - the brace of an invincible Valentina Giacinti, Lugli's own goal and finally Tucceri Cimini’s goal. In general, the Rossonere's display was of absolute superiority, being in total control of the game. The start of the journey in this competition was impeccable, in which Mister Ganz used it as a squad turnover, changing many players, thus keeping up the form for the whole squad. A good sign was that the players all responded well, especially the latest signings Vero and Simic.
