We head to the Luigi Ferraris for an encounter with Sampdoria in what will be our 2nd last match for the season. Kick off is 19:30pm local time Wednesday night or 3:30am Thursday morning here in Melbourne.
This is an important match for us as any slip up will give the chance for Napoli to leapfrog us on the table & take that 6th spot out of our hands. A win would also keep our hopes of finishing 5th alive.
In our past encounter we were dominant in possession in a match that was not an enjoyable one for a spectator as it finished 0-0, however we are a different side since then & will be looking to make amends for that effort. A refreshed Hernandez & Bennacer will rejoin the lineup after serving their suspensions also.
